This research proposed a program of socio-emotional competencies to teachers for the management of well-being in secondary educational institutions JER - UGEL Piura. Framed in the parameters of a basic research, descriptive level, propositional and mixed approach; The sample was made up of 71 teachers from the secondary level of the jurisdiction of UGEL-Piura. The technique used was the survey; being a questionnaire the instrument for collecting information; and the semi-structured interview; its validation was carried out by experts and its reliability through a pilot test using Cronbach's Alpha.
