UM PANORAMA HISTÓRICO DA MODERNIZAÇÃO AGRÍCOLA NAS MESORREGIÕES DO PARANÁ A PARTIR DOS CENSOS AGROPECUÁRIOS (1970- 1995)

This article analyzes the modernization of the agriculture in theareas the Paraná State in Brazil. The used methodology went to the analysisto tabulate of data collected by the IBGE, through the agricultural census. Itwas ended that in spite of the modernization of agriculture in Brazil to haveif given in a fast way she modified the form of producing the produced cultures;it modified the profile agrarian and the access to the credit. It was endedthat the small property should diversify their activities, in order to stay inthe field. The credit to the small producer should be facilitated, tends in viewthat he produces to the internal market, because the great modernizedproperties produce export goods.Este artigo analisa a modernização da agricultura nas mesorregiõesdo Paraná. A metodologia utilizada foi a análise tabular de dados coletadospelo IBGE, a partir dos Censos Agropecuários. Apesar da modernizaçãoagropecuária no Brasil ter sido rápida, ela modificou a forma de produção, asculturas produzidas, o perfil fundiário e o acesso ao crédito. Concluiu-se queos proprietários das pequenas propriedades devem diversificar suas atividades,a fim de permanecerem no campo. O crédito ao pequeno produtor deveser facilitado, tendo em vista a produção desse para o mercado interno, vistoque as grandes propriedades modernizadas produzem bens de exportação
