Study and comparison of two interpretations of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Bassoon Concerto KV 191

El propósito de este trabajo es hacer la comparación de dos versiones del Concierto para fagot KV 191 en Si bemol mayor de Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Para este fin se han seleccionado algunos fragmentos del concierto que serán objeto de comparación, y que podrán dar a entender los estilos contrastantes en la interpretación de esta misma obra. La primera versión es una interpretación histórica en la cual se usan instrumentos como los que seguramente fueron usados para interpretar esta música en la época de Mozart, y la segunda es una interpretación en la cual se usan instrumentos modernos. De igual manera, este proyecto tendrá como principal insumo la partitura de la editorial Bärenreiter, que es la edición de mayor aceptación académica actual, por ser la más cercana al manuscrito del compositor. La comparación de las dos versiones mencionadas, a la luz de la escritura original de Mozart, servirá de marco de referencia para poder tomar decisiones interpretativas propias y a su vez, servirá de consulta para fagotistas que estén interesados en la interpretación de este concierto.The purpose of this work is to compare two versions of the Bassoon Concerto KV 191 in B flat major by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. For this purpose some fragments of the concert have been selected that will be the object of comparison, and that will be able to imply the contrasting styles in the interpretation of this same work. The first version is a historical performance in which instruments such as those that were surely used to perform this music in Mozart's time are used, and the second is a performance in which modern instruments are used. In the same way, this project will have as its main input the score of the Bärenreiter publishing house, which is the edition with the highest current academic acceptance, as it is the closest to the manuscript of the composer. The comparison of the two known versions, in the light of Mozart's original writing, will serve as a frame of reference to be able to make their own interpretative decisions and, in turn, will serve as a reference for bassoonists who are interested in the interpretation of this concert.Maestro (a) en MúsicaPregrad
