INTRODUCCIÓN: El presente trabajo busca describir las posibilidades del uso de videojuegos como una herramienta para la intervención terapéutica a fin de favorecer la salud mental en adolescentes. MÉTODO: Se realizó un estudio cualitativo descriptivo compuesto por una revisión de literatura científica, seis entrevistas a adolescentes que usan videojuegos y seis entrevistas a profesionales de psicología, con el apoyo del programa NVIVO se realizó un análisis de contenido.
