La presente investigación recoge la experiencia de tres estudiantes con deficiencia visual y los aportes y sugerencias de dos expertos en accesibilidad, diseño y discapacidad visual frente a la experiencia de usuario en la página web de la Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Para ello se determinaron 5 categorías de análisis y a partir de ellas, se diseñaron entrevistas estructuradas y semiestructuradas y simulaciones de navegación a los participantes, con el fin de obtener la mayor cantidad de información y datos relevantes para la consolidación de una propuesta con los ajustes necesarios para convertir la página web de la Universidad, en un espacio incluyente.
