Indigenous diplomacy and environmental governance, transdiplomatic analysis of the Brazilian Amazon in the presidency of Jair Bolsonaro

El presente trabajo de investigación pretende brindar un análisis profundo sobre la relación Estado-sociedad en el caso brasileño y la coyuntura generada a raíz de la necesidad de conservación del medio ambiente. Esto, a partir del estudio del fenómeno de la Diplomacia Indígena como método de resignificación de los derechos sobre el territorio de los pueblos indígenas y como respuesta al abandono estatal y presencia de actividades económicas extractivistas, como la minería y la deforestación, las cuales deterioran los recursos naturales. Adicionalmente, se procura establecer una relación entre la diplomacia indígena y sus alcances en cuanto a la gobernanza ambiental en el periodo presidencial de Jair Bolsonaro (2019-2020), el cual ha estado marcado por un fuerte desinterés en cuanto a temas de conservación del medio ambiente y los recursos naturales, creando así un ambiente hostil en las relaciones entre las comunidades indígenas del Amazonas brasileño y el Gobierno, lo que ha llevado a estos pueblos a aumentar su presencia e influencia en el Sistema Internacional.Indígenas de la Amazonia brasileñaThis research work aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the State-society relations in the Brazilian case and the situation generated by the need to conserve the environment.
