The purpose of our study is to gain an increased understanding of how the preschool teacher's clarified responsibility has affected the work team in general and in terms of the division of responsibilities of tasks. The questions that are central to this study are; is there any difference in work tasks within the work team? How does the division of responsibilities of the work team differ in practice from what is formulated in the preschool curriculum? How does the work team respond to the clarified responsibility in the curriculum? As a method, we have used a questionnaire study with a qualitative nature.
