Hasat edilen patates (Solanum tuberosum L.) yumrularının kalitesi ve depolama süresi, depo içi koşullar tarafından belirlenmektedir. Bu çalışmada, farklı depoların (Modern, Tüf, Basit) farklı patates çeşitlerinde (Agria, Madeleine, Lady Olympia) oluşturduğu bazı fizyolojik ve biyokimyasal değişimleri saptamak amacıyla yürütülmüştür.
