[[abstract]]Background: Prepregnancy cardiometabolic risk factors are associated with increased risks of adverse pregnancy outcomes. Neighbourhood features may reflect prepregnancy exposures that contribute to poor cardiometabolic health before pregnancy and may contribute to racial disparities in pregnancy outcomes.
