This research uses a practice-led paradigm to explore the concept of purity in an embodied inquiry through dance. We emphasize both the emerging realm of practice-led research and the experiences of those involved in developing danceworks entitled Dialed In. Dance research is practice driven rather than problem centered, thus the questions answered in this work emerged throughout the process. They include: Where does an abstract concept like purity live in the body? What do we learn by continually editing a work through multiple iterations? What can we learn through this research that is particular to dance
