MasterThis thesis presents implementation of a link-level simulator that supports digital, modulation, radio, and propagation channels. The structure of the simulator is divided into four classes in which message bits are generated at the transmitter and the bits are recovered at the receiver. Our implementation approach supports all four types of channels and provides compatibility among these channels. All the signal model and channel environments can be set on GUI in MATLAB. We present the architecture of the simulator and digital signal processing techniques. As a utilization method, we propose about interaction of simulator with a hardware testbed.
