MasterThe tension reel is a device for winding strips. The outer diameter of the coil increases continuously when the strip is wound. The dynamic characteristics of the tension reel are a time-varying system. The tension control of the tension reel should be precisely controlled to minimize the occurrence of slips and telescopes between strips. When the speed of the tension reel is accelerated or decelerated, a change in the tension occurs. This change in tension must be stabilized within a short period of time.
