Einleitung: Belastungsuntersuchungen können in der klinischen Diagnostik von Herz-Kreislauf-Erkrankungen eingesetzt werden, um unter Ruhebedingungen nicht vorhandene Symptome und pathologische Veränderungen zu demaskieren. Bei Patienten mit einer Aortenisthmusstenose können pharmakologische Belastungsuntersuchungen genutzt werden, um die hämodynamische Relevanz des Vitiums besser einzuschätzen. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit war die Entwicklung eines numerischen Modells zur Voraussage von Druckgradienten unter Belastung bei Patienten mit Aortenisthmusstenose sowie die Überprüfung der Ergebnisse anhand von Herzkathetermessungen.
