Recueil et comparaison des données de la phase interventionnelle de l’étude SPICES à 0 et 6 mois dans la grappe 1

After calling the interest of primary prevention in the context of cardiovascular diseases, the progress of the SPICES study in cluster 1 of the COB country is developed. This is a prospective quantitative interventional study which must assess the effect at 6 months of a behavior change intervention carried out by accompanying citizens, compared to brief counseling. Efficacy is assessed by the Interheart NL-IHRS score. This is a two-arm randomized controlled trial. The power of the study was reduced by analyzing a cluster, the results were mostly insignificant. The coronavirus health crisis impacted the organization of the study, with a supposedly greater impact in the intervention group. The results, although not significant, are in favor of a positive effect of the intervention, not lower than the minimum advice.Après avoir appelé l’intérêt de la prévention primaire dans le cadre des maladies cardiovasculaires, il est développé le déroulement de l’étude SPICES dans la grappe 1 du pays COB. Il s’agit d’une étude quantitative prospective interventionnelle qui doit évaluer l’effet à 6 mois d’une intervention de changement de comportement réalisée par des citoyens accompagnants, par rapport à un conseil bref. L’efficacité est évaluée par le score Interheart NL-IHRS. Il s’agit d’un essai contrôlé randomisé à deux bras. La puissance de l’étude était réduite par l’analyse d’une grappe, les résultats étaient pour la plupart non significatifs. La crise sanitaire du coronavirus a impacté l’organisation de l’étude, avec un impact supposé supérieur dans le groupe intervention.
