Ankle sprain is the most common injury in young subject. No recommandation or therapeutic consensus exist for the care of ankle sprain of children and adolescents. The aim of this research memory is to make an analysis of medical practices in the Brest region while there is no recommandation.Methods : a qualitative study by semi-structured interview was conducted with six doctors (sport doctor, emergency doctor and general practitioner).Results : analysis of the results showed that doctors mostly treat ligament injuries with functional treatment and rehabilitation, whereas they treat cartilage injuries with orthopedic treatment without rehabilitation in most cases.
