Background. Fibromyalgia is a pathology that affects around 2.2% of the French population, particularly women. Physical activity is mentioned as the first-line treatment. Aim. The purpose of this study is to compare the efficiency of three types of PA (aerobic exercise, strengthening and stretching) on the main symptoms of these patients.Méthod. A literature review was performed. PubMed, Cochrane, Scopus and Pedro databases were searched until 27 March 2020. The included articles were to measure the effect of an intervention of one of the 3 types of PA on the following variables: Pain, quality of life, physical function, fatigue, stiffness.
