International audienceWe looked at the temporal behavior of intensity variations of spicules and macro-spicules observed at the solar limb by TRACE (transition region and coronal explorer) EUV telescope in the 1600 Å channel. Using wavelet analysis technique we got evidence of spicule oscillations. The time-frequency analysis provided by the wavelet analysis shows a temporal behavior of spicules with recurrences at periods of about 210-260 s with a typical lifetime of 10 min. Finally, we shortly discuss two scenarios regarding the possible origin of spicule oscillations
