Adolescents living with HIV (ALHIV) face the challenges of HIV care, including the HIV-status disclosure, access to and adherence to antiretroviral treatment, and their sexual and reproductive health (SRH). The overall objective of this thesis was to improve knowledge on the critical role of HIV-status disclosure in the care and outcomes of adolescents living with HIV in West Africa, to improve their care, including SRH issues.
