This thesis is devoted to the study of different aspects of black hole physics and cosmology, mostly in the context of loop quantum gravity. When taking into account quantum effects, a black hole can bounce to a white hole solution. We present the associated phenomenology. In a loop quantum black hole model, we investigate how the cross section of the Hawking radiation differs from the one of a classical black hole. Then, we study the quasi-nomal modes: the analytical proof of isospectrality for Schwarzschild-de Sitter and Schwarzschild-Anti de Sitter black holes is presented and the values of the complex frequencies are calculated for different models beyond general relativity.
