Learning to write and speak is fundamental in kindergarten. Reading children's books and telling a story are part of the activities linked to these teachings. The emergence of digital technology and the development of children's literature lead us to compare the level of attention and comprehension of students through the reading of a children's album and the viewing of an animated film. We refer to existing studies on children's books and attention patterns to carry out our research. We set up a research protocol with kindergarten students in a situation of listening to or viewing a children's album, who then proposed a story recall.
