LA MODELISATION TOPOCLIMATIQUE DE LA TEMPERATURE ET SON APPLICATION A L'EXTREME SUD-EST FRANÇAIS

International audienceSummary: Topoclimatical modelling of temperature and its application to the French Extreme South-east.Temperature topoclimatical modelling in the thermally homogeneous areas relies on the relation betweentemperature and landscape aspects which command solar radiation receipts during day and cold air accumulationtowards the end of the night. It allows the estimation, out of the Heat Urban Islands, in the areas called “rural”,of a temperature mean gradient according to altitude for each of the main topoclimates (south-facing and northfacing slopes with south and north components, valley bottoms and summits). It is applied to the MediterraneanInterior which, after excluding the coastal land strip, forms the whole extreme south-east of France. So it hasallowed, without being obliged to get identical station lists, to estimate, according to the available data, the areawarming between 1959-65 and 2011-17 for only south-facing slopes and valley bottoms. In both cases, onlydiurnal temperatures mainly increase.La modélisation topoclimatique de la température dans un espace thermiquement homogène repose sur la relation entre la température et les formes du relief qui commandent la quantité d'énergie solaire reçue le jour et l'accumulation d'air froid en fin de nuit. Elle permet d'estimer, hors des Ilots de chaleur urbains, dans les milieux dits « ruraux », un gradient moyen de température fonction de l'altitude pour chacun des 4 principaux topoclimats (adrets et ubacs à composantes sud et nord, fonds de vallée et sommets). Elle est appliquée à l'Intérieur méditerranéen qui, le liseré littoral étant exclu, compose la totalité de l'Extrême sud-est français. Elle a ainsi permis, sans obligation de listes de stations identiques, d'estimer, en fonction des données disponibles, le réchauffement de cette région entre 1959-65 et 2011-17 pour les seuls adrets et fonds de vallée.
