The aim of this work is to present a new innovative manufacturing process combining additive manufacturing techniques and metal machining intended to produce bone-anchored prosthesis frameworks. After a reminder on general digital concepts and principles, additive and subtractive manufacturing processes are presented. A focus on industrial data presents the concept and the properties announced. The use of this technological innovation seems to combine the advantages of each of the techniques in the production of implant frameworks: a great flexibility gived by the additive technique associated with the high precision of the machining.
