Introduction: Ethics is a rational and critical reflection to determine what is right, just or virtuous to do in a given situation. In recent years, ethics has become an integral part of private occupational therapy practice. Indeed, the private occupational therapist is an independent professional. This freedom exposes her to many ethical situations. A good mastery of this discipline is essential to guarantee a quality practice. Therefore, the aim of this dissertation was to observe the perception of ethics by private occupational therapists and thus to make an assessment of the relationship between these two themes.
