International audiencePeriods of organizational change are crucial steps in the evolution of organizations requiring a process of meaning creation on the part of individuals that can be critical in the success of the desired change. In this context, our article proposes the creation of a seven item measurement scale of sensegiving to evaluate the creation of sense of managers for their employees in times of organizational change.
