In the current work, we investigate the ionization of water molecules impacted by neutral hydrogen and proton beams. The continuum distorted wave-eikonal initial-state approximation is used to describe the reaction. Differential and total cross sections are compared with the available experimental data and a fine analysis of the influence of the projectile charge state on the ionization process is reported.Fil: Quinto, Michele Arcangelo.
