One solution to overcome that is to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship in students and prepare t hem to become a successful entrepreneur. Attitudes, behavior and knowledge about entrepreneurship will shape their tendency to open up new ventures in the future. The researchers propose a model that significantly improve the understanding and prediction of entrepreneurial activities and use the theory of planned behavior in the entrepreneurial interests of the students studying at the University. The scope of this research will discuss about the analysis of the influence of attitudes, subjective norms and self-efficacy towards Entrepreneurship Education Courses that have an impact on entrepreneurial intentions of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business University of Dian Nuswantoro Semarang. The number of samples in this study is 104 students. The analytical tool used is a two-stage regression analysis using SPSS. From the analysis of research shows that the attitude does not significantly influence intention Entrepreneurship course. While subjective norms and self-efficacy significantly influence intention Entrepreneurship courses that have an impact on student entrepreneurship intentions
