Pengaruh Ketersediaan Perangkat TIK, Strategi Coping Proaktif dan Computer Self Efficacy pada Burnout Guru dan Dampaknya Terhadap Pemanfaatan Tik dalam Pembelajaran di SMA dan SMK Salatiga

In exercising the profession of teachers cope with the demands of various parties, but most of all how teachers' efforts to transfer knowledge to students so as to produce a quality individual. Demands that teachers face is often not matched by the ability of fulfillment that teaching profession is a profession that are susceptible to burnout. When the teacher started to show symptoms of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal achievement of the teacher in private and school management should beware. Teacher burnout is a serious condition if not treated immediately because it will lead to student burnout. This study aimed to determine the factors that influence teacher burnout. Related to the advancement of information communication technology that have an influence on all aspects of life, then this study also aimed to determine the effect of ICT on teacher burnout and the factors that influence the use of ICT in learning. The sample in this study amounted to 177 teachers from high school and vocational school in Salatiga. The research data obtained through questionnaires and to test the hypotheses used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Amos 18.0 program. The results showed that of the independent variable under study, namely availability of ICT devices, Proactive Coping Strategies, and Computer Self Efficacy (CSE). CSE is only a significant relationship to teacher burnout. The second finding suggests that burnout does not have an influence on the use of ICT in learning in a vocational high school in Salatiga. But the variable availability of ICT devices in accordance with the hypothesis proposed a positive and significant relationship on the use of ICT in learning
