Crime in civilians society today is increases, this condition is inversey with police officer. With limited personal police officer can't solve all problem in society. Information and report from civilians is important for the officer. With their information, officer can resolve the problem quickly. Build solution with SMS gateway to report crime activity can help the civilian to give information about crime to police officer. In this research is implemented in Purbalingga police station. With this application we hope that police officer can give quick respon to solve civilian problem. This system is build with Gammu as SMS gateway and web application to manage the system
