International audienceIsothermal vapor−liquid equilibrium data for the perfluorobutane (R610) + ethane system, which were measured at seven isotherms ranging from (263.14 to 353.14) K, with pressure ranging from (0.2 to 4.6) MPa, are presented. The vapor pressure of R610 was also measured. The measurements were performed using a "static-analytic" apparatus, equipped with two pneumatic ROLSI capillary samplers, with phase analysis via gas chromatography. The measured data are correlated, and parameters are presented for two models, viz., the Peng−Robinson equation of state with the Mathias−Copeman alpha function and the Wong−Sandler mixing rules incorporating the NRTL model and the predictive Soave−Redlich−Kwong model
