Reflexiones feministas sobre la Intervención desde trabajo social con mujeres violentadas en Bogotá

The intervention of social work with women who have experienced violence on the part of their peers, in most cases, remains constant across the entire continent, even worldwide. In Colombia, gender violence has been a theme that increasingly takes on greater strength as an acute phenomenon that requires institutional attention, and therefore it has begun to have a relevant place in social policy. In spite of this visibility, this topic continues to be an urgent one to address from the different social spheres, as it is not possible to reduce the numbers of violence and on the other hand, the institutions also have sufficient clarity regarding the requirements of this type of attention, given the limits that are imposed in each case. Based on some investigations on gender-based violence directed and on conversations with social workers in exercise in the scope of attention to women who have been victims of gender-based violence in State institutions in Bogotá, a reflection on the complexities of this phenomenon, of the characteristics of its intervention, as well as of the challenges that it raises its attention in this professional field. Part of the challenges that we identified in this reflexive process are that, as professionals of social work, we have a decisive political role in the transformation of the patriarchal codes of daily exchange with the place where the questioning of sexism is sought, with the active participation of them with it that it achieves in the last ones to conquer spaces and dynamics that revive in its wellbeing and in the claim of its rights.La intervención del trabajo social con mujeres que han vivido violencia por parte de sus parejas, en la mayoría de los casos, sigue siendo una constante a lo largo del continente, incluso a nivel mundial. En Colombia, la violencia de género ha sido un tema que cada vez toma más fuerza como fenómeno agudizado que requiere atención institucional, y por ende ha empezado a tener lugar relevante en la política social. Pese a esta visibilización, sigue siendo este un tema urgente por abordar desde las diferentes esferas sociales, en la medida que no se logra disminuir las cifras de violencia y de otro lado, las instituciones tampoco tienen suficiente claridad respecto a los requerimientos de este tipo de atención, dados los límites que se imponen en cada caso. A partir de algunas investigaciones sobre violencia de género dirigidas y en conversaciones con trabajadoras sociales en ejercicio en el ámbito de la atención a mujeres que han sido víctimas de violencia de género en instituciones del Estado en Bogotá, se hace una reflexión acerca de las complejidades de este fenómeno, de las características de su intervención, así como de los desafíos que plantea su atención en este campo profesional. Parte de los desafíos que identificamos en este proceso reflexivo es que, cómo profesionales del trabajo social tenemos un papel político determinante en la transformación de los códigos patriarcales de intercambio cotidiano con lo cual se busca el cuestionamiento del machismo, con la participación activa de las y con ello que logren en últimas conquistar espacios y dinámicas que reviertan en su bienestar y en la reivindicación de sus derechos
