The training of the higher-level singer within the university scheme requires the development of disciplinary skills and that allow them to function as a soloist performer or as a member of a group in chamber ensembles or in choirs, in addition to teaching or researching in the field of vocal music. The purpose of the singing subject is the development of technical skills to approach the repertoire that covers different styles, forms and musical genres in an increasing level of difficulty besides to complementing all those competences that allow the student to function on stage, sing in the different languages of the repertoire, interpret musical works with strict adherence to the score and acquire tools for the dissemination of vocal music...
