La reconstrucción organizativa del pueblo guaraní en Bolivia y sus acciones colectivas por el territorio.

The proposal of this article it is to work around the Guaraní indigenous people analyzing the collective actions of the Asamblea del Pueblo Guaraní (APG) -the Guaraní People Assembly- around, the indigenous identity, the territory and the natural resources. This organization begins in the end of the 80´s in the Southeast of Bolivia, a very rich region for natural resources, mainly in oil and gas. Also, the APG made a lot of collective actions for the recognition from the state of their ancestral culture, identity, territory and for the protection of natural resources exists in these territories. In these conflicts the APG has build a broad range of alliances with another indigenous, peasants and social movements in Bolivia. In this sense, we enquire about the complex relationships that occur between the different social movements and the politics of Bolivian State around natural resources and indigenous culture and identity. We use a qualitative method research based on interviews and field observations.En este trabajo nos proponemos dar cuenta de las transformaciones organizativas del pueblo guaraní de Bolivia a partir de analizar las acciones colectivas de la Asamblea del Pueblo Guaraní (APG) en torno a el territorio y los recursos naturales y por la recuperación cultural e identitaria de los guaraní. Esta organización surgió a fines de la década del ochenta en la región del sureste boliviano, una zona muy rica en recursos naturales, principalmente hidrocarburos y biodiversidad de fauna y flora. Asimismo, este movimiento ha conformado un amplio marco de alianzas con otras organizaciones indígenas y campesinas de Bolivia y, en este marco se analizan también algunas de las tensiones existentes entre este proceso de acción colectiva y reconfiguración identitaria de los movimientos sociales y las políticas del Estado boliviano en torno a los recursos naturales y las demandas indígenas sobre las cuestiones culturales e identitaria. La metodología planteada en el artículo es fundamentalmente una estrategia cualitativa basada en entrevistas y observaciones de campo
