The article analyzes the notions about the ends of the Chilean civil process, to then criticize them, holding that they do not satisfy the current mandates of International Fundamental Rights. At the same time, a critique is made to the current chilean civil process, exposing its deficits, to then remark that it maintains nineteenth-century social structures, being the civil process a tool for its prevalence.
