Reducción de la justicia, emergencia de la Administración (España, 1810-1870). Una reflexión iushistorigráfica

The author proposes an institutional trajectory of the history of justice in Spain, making focus on the crisis of the Ancient Regime, the gaditanian constitution of 1812 and the emergence of administrative jurisdiction in 1845. This route was not without tensions and controversies arising from the emergence of constitutional principles, such as separation of powers and the new institutional position that the justice took, but ultimately constitutes a reduction of its powers, and its influence in government.La autora propone una trayectoria institucional de la historia de la justicia en Espaiia, haciendo hincapié en la crisis del Antiguo Régimen, la constitución gaditana de 1812 y el surgimiento de la jurisdicción adrninistrativa en 1845. Dicho itinerario no estuvo exento de tensiones y polémicas derivadas del surgimiento de principios constitucionales como la separación de poderes y la nueva posición institucional, que pasaba a tomar la justicia, pero que en definitiva constituye una reducción de sus facultades, y su influencia en el gobierno
