The hydroelectric power plant project in the Río Cuervo river basin has been through the years object of litigation in Courts, some of them achieving the paralization of the environmental impact assessment process (Supreme Court of Justice, Nº 2463-2012), among other has been rejected (Supreme Court of Justice, N° 8774-2014).
