The present article deals with ethical aspects related to scientific research involving human beings as subjects of experimentation. The topic is addressed with the goal of establishing the main perspectives in ethical monitoring of research developed by occupational therapy discipline, particularly those taking place by our academic responsibility; that is, studies carried out during seminars related to obtaining the Occupational Therapy degree.
