Amongst different heteroaromatic compounds oxadiazoles, thiadiazoles and triazoles form the basis of many pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals. In fact, pyridine exhibits diversified biological activities. The presence of different pharmacophores in the same unit is an attracting approach to develop new drugs due to synergetic effect.
