Abstract: Performance of an organisation is determined by how much employees are committed to the running of that organisation. Therefore, employee commitment is essential to organisational success. This qualitative interpretative research aims to examine how employee commitment in an organisation can be enhanced, and this would reduce the present staff turnover levels. A total of 8 employees were interviewed at a healthcare facility, and the interviews were audio recorded. Data were initially analysed using a thematic approach before the code extracts were put in frames.
