He is also wearing a šubara (winter hat) with a cockade and holding a sabre in his left and a burnt-down cigarette in his right hand.Vladan Đorđević (1844, Belgrade – 1930, Baden bei Wien), son of Đorđe Đorđević and Marija Đorđević, née Leko (Cincar–origin), was a physician, writer and politician who supported the Serbian Progressive Party. He served as Mayor of Belgrade, Minister of Education, Prime Minister of Serbia and Minister of Foreign Affairs and was also Prince Milan IV of Serbia's (later King Milan I of Serbia) personal physician.
