This text presents fundamentals of Cultural-Historical Psychology, highlighting the character historical-dialectical about the human development and the importance of an education that guarantees the appropriation by new generations, of the contents that were elaborated and systematized by humanity over the course of history. The understanding of these fundamentals refers to the need of revealing the societal relations that mediate its formation in the present. In this focus we analyze the relation of the capitalists’ mode of production in its current stage and the characteristics that these imprint on production and socialization of goods and culture.
