Institutions and contact tracing applications: Comparing design processes in France, Germany and the Netherlands

After the start of the COVID19 pandemic, many countries decided to develop digital contact tracing applications to assist in contact tracing. This aimed to warn people who were potentially infected as early as possible and stop them from spreading the virus further and bringing down the total amount of new infections.
