PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN POS KETAN LEGENDA BATU

Pos Ketan Legenda (PKL) was founded in 1967 and continues to grow until now, currently PKL has a total number of 55 employees, therefore the purpose of this study is to determine whether Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pos Ketan Legenda Batu. The variables used in this study include organizational culture, employee engagement and employee performance. This research was conducted on all employees of the Pos Ketan Legenda Batu. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sampling total sampling amounting to 55 respondents. This research is intended for all employees of the Pos Ketan Legenda Batu. The analytical tool used in this study is the multiple linear regression method (T test and F test) with the help of SPSS calculations. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and employee engagement have a significant partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Pos Ketan Legenda Batu and organizational culture has the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions
