Pos Ketan Legenda (PKL) was founded in 1967 and continues to grow until now, currently PKL has a total number of 55 employees, therefore the purpose of this study is to determine whether Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pos Ketan Legenda Batu. The variables used in this study include organizational culture, employee engagement and employee performance. This research was conducted on all employees of the Pos Ketan Legenda Batu.
