PERAN KOMUNITAS GUBUK BACA LENTERA NEGERI DALAM PEMENUHAN HAK PENDIDIKAN ANAK (Studi di Kecamatan Jabung, Kabupaten Malang)

Primary education is one part of the human right on this earth, in order to obtain improvement and progress in the field of knowledge, skills, attitudes and morals. This research examines how the role and what programs are carried out by the community of Gubuk Baca Lentera Negeri or commonly called (GBLN) in terms of the fulfillment of educational rights in children. The problem with this research is: 1) what is the community program of Gubuk Baca Lantera Negeri in fulfilling children's education rights? And 2) What is the role of the State Lantern Reading Hut community in fulfilling children's education rights in Jabung District? The methods used in this study are qualitative methods and narrative descriptive research types. So in conducting this study researchers use the following data collection techniques: 1) make observations, 2) interviews, (3) documentation. From the three data collection techniques will be sorted the data and then analyzed by researchers. As well as evidence of several interview results and photo documents in the form of internal documents and external community documents. The results of research that has been obtained show that the community of Gubuk Baca Lantera Negeri has various roles that are certainly very positive such as: a) Facilitative Role, b) Educational Role, c) Representative Role. As well as various programs in the fulfillment of Education Rights in children in Jabung District as follows: 1) Mobile Library, 2) Srawung Pondok, 3) Thugs Teach Sambang School. Thus, the existence of the Community of Hut Baca Lantera This country can provide changes such as increasing the spirit of children in reading and learning more vigorously and also motivate children in continuing education to an increasingly higher level
