ABSTRACT This study aims as a backup system or power supply backup is absolutely necessary for electronic devices that require an uninterrupted or dead source of electrical energy. Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is an automatic switch as a transfer of electrical power supply from the main source of PLN to a backup power source. In this research, an ATS is designed and built which is applied to PLN, generators and solar panels so that the generated power source is never stopped by using the NodeMCU microcontroller control. Nodemcu is used as a relay controller, the relay itself is used as a switch from each source so that if there is a problem with the power source it can be automatically resolved.
