PERAN ORGANDA DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN DIFABEL MELALUI KEGIATAN SUPELTAS DI KABUPATEN TRENGGALEK

This study aims to describe the powerlessness experienced by persons with disabilities in Trenggalek Regency and describe the disability empowerment program by Organda through support activities in Trenggalek Regency. This research uses a qualitative appoarch and type of field research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The result of this study that the powerlessness of the disabled in terms of lack of self-confidence because there is a physical disorder that they have that makes them feel inferior, feel inadequate, and feel unworthy to associate with other people. With the support of the disabled activities carried out by the Trenggalek Regency Organda on various roads, T-junctions and crossroads, so that what was originally jammed becomes smooth. The disabled economy has experienced a rapid increase by becoming supportive, people with disabilities can have sufficient income
