ANALISIS MANAJEMEN PESERTA DIDIK PADA KEGIATAN PEMBELAJARAN DI KELAS 4 DAN KELAS 5 SDN 1 KARANGANYAR TRENGGALEK

Student Management in Learning Activities is one of the arrangements or regulations that must be applied to students, therefore the need for students in grade 4 and grade 5 at SDN 1 Karanganyar Trenggalek to regulate all activities related to learning in class. This study aims to describe (1) the form of student management in learning activities, (2) inhibiting and supporting factors for student management in learning activities, (3) solutions to overcome factors inhibiting student management in learning activities. This research uses qualitative research and descriptive approach. There are 3 sources of data in this study, namely to the school as interview informants, grade 4 and grade 5 teachers as interview informants, and grade 4 and grade 5 students at SDN 1 Karanganyar Trenggalek as observation informants. This research was conducted in the 2021/2022 academic year. The results of the study show a research result, namely, (1) the form of student management is quite good for learning activities, (2) supporting factors that support learning activities well, for example, such as adequate facilities and infrastructure for learning activities (3) there are obstacles found by researchers but the class 4 teachers and class teachers 5 can cope with some of the existing solutions
