ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN KELUARGA Tn.M PADA Ny.S DENGAN HIPERTENSI (Studi Kasus di Wilayah Puskesmas Pandanwangi Blimbing, Kota Malang)

Background: Hypertension is an important global health disease because of its very high prevalence, it can cause cardiovascular disease and chronic kidney disease. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to provide nursing care for Mr. M's family to Mrs. S with hypertension. Methods: KIA-N uses a case study research design to explore the problem of family nursing care for Mr. M to Mrs. S. This case study is a series of family nursing processes from assessment, data analysis, nursing interventions, implementation and evaluation. Collecting data obtained from anamnesis, physical examination and observation. Results: After providing nursing care, 3 nursing diagnoses were obtained, namely, ineffective health care, knowledge deficit, and ineffective cerebral risk. Then given the intervention of soaking feet with warm water and counseling about DASH. And all problems have been solved. Discussion: Nursing problems Ineffective health care, Knowledge deficit, Ineffective cerebral risk in Mr.'s family. M to Mrs. S with hypertension. It has been done by making and providing leaflets and education that soaking feet with warm water can reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure for hypertensive patients and counseling about DASH to change the diet pattern of hypertensive patients
