ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA KELUARGA Ny.R PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DENGAN MASALAH KEPERAWATAN NYERI KRONIS PUSKESMAS PANDANWANGI

Background : Hypertension is a condition where systolic blood pressure is greater than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure is more than 90 mmHg. This final scientific paper raises the case of Mrs. R who has suffered from hypertension for approximately 3 years with chronic pain complaints. For this reason, this scientific paper aims to describe the nursing care process for Mrs. R's family with hypertension.. Method : The research method used is a case study report. The scientific method used is in accordance with the nursing process which includes assessment, data analysis, nursing interventions, implementation and evaluation. The assessment process uses several data collection techniques such as history taking, observation, documentation, and physical examination. To complete the data used, the author also conducted interviews with the family. Result : After providing nursing care, the author raised one priority for nursing diagnoses, namely: chronic pain associated with damage to the nervous system. Nursing actions that have been given from the diagnosis are providing nursing interventions for relaxation therapy, including home-based yoga relaxation techniques, deep breathing relaxation techniques with music accompaniment and sheetali pranayama therapy to reduce pain scale. After taking action, the pain scale was initially 5 to 3-4 . Discussion : Chronic pain nursing problems related to nervous system damage in Mrs. R with hypertension has been done by providing relaxation therapy with home-based yoga relaxation therapy actions, deep breathing relaxation techniques to the accompaniment of music and sheetali pranayama therapy which can reduce pain and blood pressure scales in clients
