ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN KELUARGA PADA TN.S DENGAN HIPERTENSI (STUDI KASUS DI KELURAHAN BAKALAN KRAJAN WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS CIPTOMULYO)

Background : Hypertension is a serious health problem which is also known as the Silent Killer where the course of the disease can be at the worst level but does not show any signs of symptoms. With these characteristics, hypertension sufferers are often negligent in controlling and do not even know if they have hypertension until complications such as stroke, heart failure, and decreased peripheral perfusion occur. For this reason, the authors want to analyze appropriate nursing care in cases of hypertension. Methods : Compiling the final scientific paper for nurses using case study research methods to start with the problem, starting with assessment, analyzing the collected data, establishing appropriate diagnoses, preparing training plans, implementing them in implementation to evaluating interventions through training evaluations. Results: From nursing care that was carried out for 4 days, the authors formulated 4 diagnoses, namely chronic bd impaired metabolic function, ineffective perfusion bd decreased arterial and/or venous flow, knowledge deficit bd lack of knowledge about peripheral perfusion disorders experienced and family health management was not effective bd the complexity of the treatment program. As a result, the diagnosis of malnutrition and family health problems was not resolved, while the other 2 diagnoses could not be resolved. Discussion : The unresolved problem of 1000 is chronic pain and ineffective peripheral perfusion. the two diagnoses are interrelated due to blood flow that is not smooth at the peripheral level.
