STUDI LITERATUR PSIKOTERAPI PADA PASIEN HALUSINASI PENDENGARAN DENGAN DIAGNOSIS SKIZOFRENIA

Background: Auditory hallucinations are the most common symptom of schizophrenia, people with auditory hallucinations usually hear voices in the form of people talking to them, even orders to kill themselves or hurt others. Purpose: To identify and determine the application of psychotherapy interventions in auditory hallucination patients with a diagnosis of schizophrenia. Method: The research design used in this study was a literature study with a sample of 14 journals, Garuda (n=3), Pubmed (n=3), Semantic (n=5), dan ScienceDirect (n=3). The stages of literature study in this research are problem, data search, screening, study quality, data extraction, and data analysis. In the study quality test using the JBI Randomised controlled trial dan Quasi-experimental tools. Results: In an analysis of 14 journals related to psychotherapy on auditory hallucinations diagnosed with schizophrenia, it was found that 14 journals showed that non-pharmacological therapy in the form of music therapy, psychoreligious therapy, cognitive therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, group activity therapy and occupational therapy can control auditory hallucinations, reduce signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations, improve quality of life and cognitive. Music therapy is considered effective and can be easily applied by nurses and patients' families by listening to Rast music for 15 minutes using MP3 through headphones when auditory hallucinations appear with a value (p < 0.05).
